IVA Client Updates

It’s A Wrap!

This year we worked closely with our clients, and particularly with MVPDs, to help them, and their audiences, get the most out of the trailer experience.  It’s part of our emphasis on ‘Content As A Service’.    Here are the year’s highlights from that effort

  • Over 1 million video files in our archive
  • 130,000+ unique video assets
  • 400 million audience reach
  • 425 million video plays
  • 5 billion plays since we started!
  • 1.5 billion mobile plays!

New Products and Features

We worked with many clients, including Flixster and Rotten Tomatoes,  to implement adaptive formats in order to improve the user experience across devices.

We also made dozens of tweaks to improve our products and services last year. Below are are a few of the key ones.

  • New List Tracker Alerts – Daily or weekly alerts for new trailers on any of seven popular lists: “In Theaters”, “Coming to Theaters”, “New TV”, and four more.
  • New 1080p format – Our content looked good before, but now we look even better, especially on big screens.  We also added access to all our adaptive bit-rate formats (HLS, HSS, HDS, DASH) via HTTPS.
  • New – we totally redesigned our corporate site to make it easier than ever to review the charts, review documentation, sign up for newsletters, or browse for new features and products. Check it out here.
